Queen Maxima turns heads at gala dinner with Norwegian royals
Queen Maxima of the Netherlands stunned at a gala dinner she attended with King Willem-Alexander and the Norwegian royal family at the Royal Palace in Oslo.
Maxima, 50 and her husband, 54, began their three-day visit to Norway this week, arriving in Oslo on the 9th.
The mother-of-three dazzled as she arrived at the Royal Palace arm-in-arm with the Norwegian King, Harald.

Maxima wore a beautiful blue floor-length gown with an elegant tulle cape draped over her shoulders.
Her hair was drawn back into a loose bun and topped with a show-stopping sapphire crown with large sapphire earrings to match.

Norway's Queen Sonja entered the event on the arm of King Willem-Alexander.
Other members of the Norwegian royal family also attended the gala, including Princess Mette-Marit and Princess Matha Louise.
The whirlwind royal visit is due to finish today. The Dutch Royal House has commented on the state visit, saying it will affirm "the outstanding relations between Norway and the Netherlands."

"The main themes of the visit will be bilateral and international cooperation, climate change, the energy transition and sustainability."
It is the couple's first royal visit to Norway since the beginning of the pandemic.
