Princes Harry and William charm child victims of Grenfell Tower disaster

Princes William and Harry have visited a new centre in the UK which offers counselling to those affected by the Grenfell tower fire, and one young girl looks overjoyed to be meeting Harry.

Nine-year-old A’sha Morris looked overjoyed as Prince Harry shook her hand, and pulled a cheeky face as he moved away.

During the visit Prince Harry called upon his own experience with grief, having lost his mother Princess Diana aged 12. He urged schoolchildren affected by the disaster to be there for each other and continue to talk about their feelings. 

Responding to children who said they had been talking to each other about the fire, he said: "That's all you can do, is be there for each other because there will be some people... who either don't want to talk about their experiences... or think they are absolutely fine, and in years' time suddenly they might have some nightmares and that's when you guys will be crucial, because you have been through that process."

The royal family have been highly involved with helping those affected by Grenfell tower. William, Harry and Catherine have established a Support4Grenfell Community Hub throught their Royal Foundation, which offers mental health support to young people.

Prince William and Queen Elizabeth also visited Grenfell Tower shortly after the fire.
