Kylie Minogue is reportedly dating Prince Andrew

Just recently she met with the Duke of Edinburgh to pick up a Britain-Australia award and has often been pictured sharing a joke with Prince Harry and Prince William, but could there be more to Kylie's closeness with the royal family than first thought?

According to New Idea, the singer has been "quietly dating" Prince Andrew since she split from her fiance, Joshua Sasse in February.

The pair, who are good friends, reportedly reconnected after the Duke of York reached out to her to offer his sympathy following her break-up. Since then, the magazine claims, they've been spending more time together, romance has blossomed and the Queen's son is "smitten". 

"At the moment they’re inseparable – Andrew is 100 per cent smitten", a palace insider reportedly told the publication.

The popstar has met the Queen on more than one occasion over the years, and she's said to be a fan of the pair.

"Kylie is someone that Her Majesty would welcome into the royal family with open arms", the source added.

"Everyone’s hoping this romance goes the distance."

Prince Andrew was previously married to Sarah Ferguson, with whom he has two daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

Neither the Palace or Kylie's management have commented on the claims.
