Breastfeeding yoga, it's a thing
We all know young mums have a lot to balance but these women might be taking it to the next level.
A video of a woman breastfeeding her baby upside down while doing a headstand has surfaced on the internet. And, people are divided over it.
The woman, known only as 'mottajuice', posted the video to Instagram, where she is balancing in a headstand and simultaneously breastfeeding her young daughter.
However, the clip, which has been shared hundreds of times, is causing a stir as some question how safe the stunt is.
"I don't care where you whip your boobs out but fall on the kid and injure/kill them. That's f****** natural. Ummm.. no," one woman wrote on Facebook.
"Absolute madness," another person wrote.
But, others saw it differently and praised the "multi-tasking."
"I wish I could do this," said another woman, who shared the video with her Facebook friends.
"Yes siree, women are much better than mutli-tasking than men," a man wrote.
However, plenty of other mums have posted images of themselves twisting into the hardest poses whilst feeding a baby with hashtags like #breastfeedingyoga and #yogawithkids.
Popular Instagram yogi Carlee Benear has shared dozens of such photos with her followers. The yogi, from Texas, said in one post: "She helps me breath easy, she helps me dig deeper, she helps me stay connected to us both as I move within my mind and body." She has more than 10,000 followers.
