He wasn't on the series for long, but noughties heartthrob Chad Michael Murray left an impression as the Chilton 'bad boy', Tristan Dugray.
Alexis Bledel was just 19 years old when she started playing Rory Gilmore in 2000.
She would play the character up until she was 25, returning for the revival, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, in 2016.
In 2016, Variety estimated Bledel and her co-star Lauren Graham were paid a staggering $750,000 per episode (approx. $1.2 million) for the four-episode reboot.
After keeping booked and busy in the noughties and early 2010s, Bledel has kept a low profile in recent years, stepping back from acting.
She briefly returned to TV in 2017 with a role in the wildly popular series The Handmaids Tale.

Milo Ventimiglia as Jess Mariano
Season two introduced another of Rory's main love interests.

But while teens from the noughties know him as Jess, Ventimiglia has racked up quite the net worth thanks to his many other notable roles over the years.

In the same year he landed This Is Us, the actor reprised his role as Jess in the Gilmore Girls revival series.
