Before and after photos of Miss Venezuela have been shared to Instagram by her plastic surgeon, leaving fans shocked at the differences.

Sthefany Gutierrez, Miss Universe Venezuela 2018, is shown in a set of side by side images posted by Dr Froilan Paez, a cosmetic surgeon specialising in “aesthetic and functional nasal surgery”.

He shared them with his 188 thousand followers and even tagged Gutierrez’s Instagram page in the images, calling her “a real diamond” and drawing in countless of her own 1.1 million followers.

However, unlike many who will vehemently deny they’ve had any work done, Gutierrez was open about her surgeries and thanked Dr Paez for his “excellent work”.

Her response on the post, translated to English, reads; “Thank you so much for your professional attention and excellent work.”

“The best!! See you soon!!!” she added, hinting that she may be planning to undergo further surgeries.

This isn’t the first time Dr Paez has shared photos of the beauty queen however, having posted a shot of her just after she was crowned runner up in the Miss Universe 2018 pageant.

Though he tagged that phot with “#nosejob” and “#rhinoplasty” the before and after images he posted recently appear as if Gutierrez has had surgeries on her chin and forehead as well, however it is unclear if Dr Paez is responsible for those.

Dr Paez frequently shares before and after shots of his clients to his Instagram, and it appears that Gutierrez isn’t the only pageant star he’s worked with.

The doctor has recently posted photos of Miss Teen World 2018 Victoria Buhazi, the photo also tagged with #rhinoplasty and #nosejob.

She doesn’t appear to have responded to the post, but if Gutierrez’s reaction is anything to go by it looks like more women are becoming open with their choice to undergo plastic surgery.

All the more power to them for it.
