Married at First Sight's Alex and Zoe introduce their new daughter

Zoe Hendrix and Alex Garner have fallen head over heels in love again.

The Married at First Sight couple welcomed their daughter into the world this month.

Harper-Rose Garner — named after Zoe's favourite author Harper Lee — was born on November 14 a healthy 3.37kg and 52cm.

“There’s nothing more amazing than seeing your child for the first time. It’s indescribable,” Alex reveals in the latest issue of Woman’s Day.

In fact, the tot already has him wrapped around her tiny fingers.

“She’s the most perfect little thing I have ever seen. She’s stolen my heart in so many ways. I just feel like the luckiest man alive.”

New mum Zoe also gushes to Woman’s Day that she “can’t believe she’s here”.

“Sitting here holding something so precious — that is a part of me, that is my blood — is something I’ve always dreamt of, and I will cherish it forever.”

The loved up couple’s romance has been a whirlwind from the get go, after they met for the first time at the alter on season one of the Channel 9 reality show, where singles are matched by three experts and agree to marry when they first meet.

Alex and Zoe, who emerged as show favourites, are the only couple from the 2015 season who remain together after more than two years since it was filmed.

However, their fairy tale romance has not been without challenges.

The couple suffered a miscarriage last year. Zoe was hospitalised with hyperemesis gravidarum, a condition with causes severe morning sickness.

Following the heartbreaking news, Alex told A Current Affair that Zoe falling pregnant was the "best news I've ever heard" but that "unfortunately, it didn't work out the way we were planning".

Zoe said: "As sad as it is, I guess, to have such happiness and then to have such sadness, we also know that there are lots of people that have had this happen to them and we can only hope that it will only build our love more and it will make us really appreciate each other and that this is what we want."

But this year the Melbourne couple revealed they were pregnant again and expecting in October.

Zoe, who was induced after suffering pelvic problems, reveals the "terrifying moment" when Harper had the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck.

However, both mum and bub are healthy and the couple are diving headfirst into parenthood.

Overjoyed with their new bundle, they announced on Instagram she was “a dream come true”.

“Our hearts are exploding with love for our little girl.”
