Talking Married: MAFS expert Mel explains Sean’s many personalities
Well. WELL. We’re still not quite over the number of bombshells dropped in this week’s final episodes of Married at First Sight.
From the return of Davina to two (?!) new relationships, we genuinely never saw it coming.
But another thing that came as a complete surprise to us - and to the entire viewing population of Australia - was Sean’s complete turnaround. From quiet, unassuming groom of Blair to confident (some may say...cocky) boyfriend of Tracey. And was that a temper we saw?
If anyone can figure this all out for us, it’s MAFS relationship expert Mel Schilling.
Shelly Horton caught up with Mel on the Talking Married podcast this week, and she explained that Sean dealt with the pressure of MAFS rather differently than some other participants.

She then explained that Sean was one of the participants who spent a lot of time with the three experts. “We do a hell of a lot behind the scenes to support our participants, and certainly Sean was one of those, who we worked very closely with to make sure that he was looked after,” she said.
"I think what you saw with Sean...was a number of different sides to himself that come out under pressure."
