Lisa Wilkinson and Peter FitzSimons renew their wedding vows

A quarter of a century after first tying the knot, Lisa Wilkinson and her husband Peter FitzSimons have renewed their vows.

The ceremony took place at Sydney’s Balmoral Beach Bathers Pavilion earlier today, the same place the couple got married 25 years ago.

The Today show host posted a sweet snap of her and her hubby in their wedding best on Instagram, with the caption: “We just got married...again!”

Wilkinson was wearing a white off the shoulder dress for the occasion, while FitzSimons wore a dashing tuxedo.

The TV presenter was walked down the aisle by her 21-year-old son Louis.

Today Show colleague Sylvia Jeffreys host described the ceremony as “just magic”.

“So, these two love birds just got married again...in the same spot where they first said “I do” 25 beautiful years ago. Congratulations @lisa_wilkinson and Pete. Just magic,” Jeffreys wrote on Instagram, alongside a picture of the happy pair.

Also present was Nine’s Ben Fordham who was quick to congratulate the couple on Twitter.

Another Nine colleague, Steve Marshall acted as the celebrant for the event.
