"If anyone's dealing with anything emotionally, any kind of trauma or anything that you would go to normal talk therapy [or] traditional talk therapy for, maybe try hypnotherapy as well."

The mother-of-two continued: "I feel like that did a lot more for me in one session than talk therapy has before, it kind of delves a little bit deeper, I suppose. It was really incredible, so I just wanted to share that."

While she didn't go into detail about the "trauma" she was facing head-on, it has undoubtedly been a difficult year for the influencer.

Her marriage with Lachie, 32, broke down in December after the she publicly claimed she had been "betrayed", in light of rumours about the couple's marriage.

"I get Piper over here a fair bit … I am very fortunate that Jules has been very flexible with that, and I am able to go back to Perth with the club's blessing whenever I want.

"If I have to miss a day of training or whatever they are happy for that to happen. I am managing that pretty well so far."
