And yet office romances still blossom. So, in the #metoo era should office romances be nipped in the bud? Is office flirting not okay anymore?
Prime minister Malcolm Turnbull has banned sexual relationships between federal ministers and their staff, thanks to Barnaby Joyce's affair with a staffer, 17 years his junior.

That seems to say more about age difference and power imbalance in offices. Some office romances end up in happy marriages.
Turnbull said he supports "workplaces where women are respected" so I guess the question is can women be respected and still have an office romance?
