The internet is going crazy for Theresa May's 'hot podium guy'
While Prime Minister Theresa May has announcement her resignation amidst the Brexit crisis, it seems the internet has another person in mind who could replace her.
Enter 'hot podium guy'.
On Friday, ahead of the British Prime Minister's statement announcing she would be resigning from her post in June, a sound technician took to the lectern, and he's sent many people on social media into a frenzy.

Dubbed 'hot podium guy' or 'hot lectern guy', many took to Twitter to share some of their rather thirsty thoughts.
Others branded the technician as a "unit" who was "stacked".
Others were even jokingly campaigning the "strong and stable" podium guy should be the new prime minister.
Oh how great the internet can be sometimes.
Following hot podium guy's appearance, Theresa May addressed the media to announce her resignation.
Standing out 10 Downing Street, May admitted it was with "deep regret" she wasn't able to get a Brexit deal over the line. She is set to stand down on June 7, with a new leader to be chosen on June 10.

"I will shortly leave the job that has been the honour of my life to hold," May said, fighting back the tears.
The second female prime minister, but certainly not the last.
"I do so with no ill will but with enormous and enduring gratitude to have had the opportunity to serve the country I love."
