Videographer falls into a pond while trying to get the perfect shot at wedding

A poor wedding videographer fell into a pond while walking backwards to in an attempt to get the perfect shot of a bridal procession.

The cameraman, Sergei Minnici, was captured falling into the water during the Italian ceremony by a shocked wedding guest, before he promptly climbed out and continued his job.

One TikToker shared a hilarious video of Minnici's dip into the pond, and it has now been viewed over 2.3 million times. Minnici also shared his perspective of the fall in a video posted onto his own TikTok page.

"Things happen when you're in love with your job," he wrote in the caption. "Thank you all for yesterday, the energy even after this episode was very positive!"

He also assured viewers his equipment was not damaged.

"For all those worried about the camera, gimbal and memories, it is all saved. There was not a single material damage," he commented.

Viewers were incredibly impressed by his professionalism.

"Professional, just grabbed the camera and looked like he was getting right back into it," said one.

Others experienced varying degrees of second-hand embarrassment.

"As a videographer, I would quit immediately after this wedding," wrote one.

Another said, "not to be dramatic, but I would literally move to another country and change my name."

The original poster of the TikTok responded to this comment, "Luckily, that is the situation. We all go back to LA and he now lives in the fountain in Tuscany."

Minnici was able to rescue the footage and gave the bride and groom Rachel and Pete some amazing videos of their special day.
