'Gladys and her boo': Another photo of Gladys Berejiklian is causing a stir online

Just weeks after the now-iconic photo of Gladys Berejiklian and her can of Coke Zero went viral, another snap of the NSW Premier is making headlines.

She's taken off the NSW Blues beanie and scarf, put down her can of soft drink, and cosied up with her "boo".

That's right, the new photo of Ms Berejiklian that's causing a stir is of her with her new flame, high-profile barrister Arthur Moses, SC.

'Gladys and her boo,' read the caption of this photo of Ms Berejiklian and high-profile barrister Arthur Moses, SC. Instagram

In a photo shared to Instagram on Friday night by Ms Berejiklian's sister, the premier and Mr Moses can be seen sitting on a couch together, their hands almost touching.

Ms Berejiklian smiles at Mr Moses as he says something, while her sister Mary pouts at the camera in the corner of the photo.

"After work Friday feels with these two. Glad and her boo," Mary captioned the photo on her private Instagram account.

Of course, the photo spread quickly across platforms like Twitter and Facebook – and not just because it's a rare couples' snap for Ms Berejiklian.

Mr Moses is actually the lawyer who represented her at a corruption hearing into her former boyfriend Daryl Maguire, though he no longer represents her.

He's currently currently representing Ben Roberts-Smith in a high-profile defamation trial.

Ms Berejiklian's office and Mr Moses chose not to respond when the Sydney Morning Herald enquired about their relationship.

A spokesman for the Premier said: "They have recently begun spending private time together. The Premier will not discuss her private life."

Earlier in June a photo of Ms Berejiklian went viral ahead of the first State of Origin game hosted in Queensland.

The snap, shared to her social media profiles, showed the premier from behind as she stood in a NSW Blues beanie and scarf.

She held an unopened can of Coke Zero and appeared to be looking towards a TV screen, though the game was still hours away.

The picture sparked a frenzy of memes as people photoshopped Ms Berejiklian's figure into a wide variety of different scenes.

The pose made Ms Berejiklian appear like some sort of silent onlooker in movie scenes, historical photos and more.
