Florida police department urges women not to call 911 after ‘hot cop’ selfie goes viral

The cops, who have been busy working during Hurricane Irma uploaded the picture earlier this week to the Gainesville Police Department facebook page. Officers Michael Hamill, Dan Rengering and John Nordman wrote: “Part of the night crew getting ready to do some work.”
The post instantly drew comments from admirers; some funny, some a little bit inappropriate - and plenty from women offering to give themselves up for arrest.

The officers wrote an update on the post after receiving so many comments. They wrote that they are “dying” at some of the hilarious comments, and added that while two of the men are married, the one on the right with the “amazing hair” is single. They then added: “On another note, Officer Rengering is being placed into Cougar Prey Protective Care, similar to the witness protection program for his safety,” before asking women not to “call 9-1-1 and request this group respond to your
