The Russo family is back!
If you hadn't already heard, the Disney sitcom Wizards of Waverly place is coming back to our screens this year with a highly-anticipated reboot series titled Wizards Beyond Waverly Place.
The reboot stars many of the original series cast members, including the one and only Selena Gomez.
To celebrate the new show, some of the stars attended a premiere event at El Capitan Theatre on October 28, 2024 in Los Angeles.
But Selena Gomez wasn't the only big name present.
The premiere brought out some familiar old Disney stars from the likes of Hannah Montana and the High School Musical franchise.

Selena Gomez
It's Alex Russo herself!
Over a decade since Wizards of Waverly Place came to an end in 2012, Selena Gomez is back to playing her iconic Disney character on screens.
Gomez sparkled at the premiere event in Los Angeles, wearing a custom strapless red Rodarte gown.

She let the dress speak for itself, opting to go very minimal with her jewellery.
David Henrie and Selena Gomez
Gomez posed with her on-screen brother David Henrie, who is also returning for the reboot series.
Henrie looked dapper for the occasion in a suit and dress shirt.

The original Wizards of Waverly Place stars were joined by newcomer Janice LeAnn, who plays wizard-in-training, Billie.
LeAnn wowed in a glitzy purple gown for the special red carpet occasion.
David Henrie and his family
Henrie had the whole family there to cheer him on!
The actor brought his wife Maria Cahill and their three children, Pia, James and Gemma, as his guests for the event.

Gregg Sulkin
You might remember Gregg Sulkin starred as one of Alex Russo's boyfriends, Mason, in the original 2000s series.
The actor showed up to support his old co-stars at the reboot premiere, dressing up in a blue suit.
At the premiere, Sulkin hinted at his character's return in the reboot while speaking to The Hollywood Reporter.
"Can't confirm nor deny it, but I know how much the show means to so many people around the world," he said.
"And so, for me, I would always be...I would always like to show my gratitude for people who've supported me at such a young age, and who have continued to support me at such a young age."
Sulkin added "we'll see" as to whether he will indeed return as Mason.
Maria Canals-Barrera
The Russo matriarch is back!
Maria Canals-Barrera, also known as Theresa Russo, stunned in a wrap dress for the special night out with her co-stars in Los Angeles.
Monique Coleman
The purple carpet brought out some old familiar 2000s Disney stars.
One of the recognisable faces was High School Musical alum Monique Coleman, who of course starred as Gabriella's best friend Taylor McKessie in the movie franchise.
Coleman put her own spin on the sheer trend, pairing her top with a leather shorts and strappy shoes.
The actress also seemed to match her hair to the purple carpet colour.
How incredible!
