Forget your run-of-the mill smokey eye or winged liner, the strongest way to make a statement with eye makeup this spring is inner-eye strobing.

This high-voltage trend is essentially a highlighter look for your eyes and has become Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell's go-to style.

This technique sees you apply a bright eye shadow to the crevasses near your eyeball. Take an eye shadow brush and apply either a brightly coloured or shimmer-based eye shadow to the inner part of eye and leave the rest of your eyelid shade-free.
