"Fam jam. Thank you @nelliessouthernkitchen @mamadjonas@papakjonas for a wonderful reception! We love you! This was amazing," Chopras captioned an Instagram post.

In December, when the former Miss World said 'I do' to Jonas at Ummaid Bhawan Palace, she wore two very different looks.

For the Christian ceremony, she slipped into a custom-made dress by Ralph Lauren.

According to the brand’s official Instagram page, the sheer, long-sleeved gown was embellished with pearlescent sequins and satin-covered buttons.  It took 1,826 hours to create.

But the bride’s veil took the look to the next level.

Stretching over 22 metres long, the tulle creation was held by five attendees as Chopra walked down the aisle with her mother, Madhu Chopra.

"Every girl dreams of being a princess on her wedding day," Chopra told People.

"But I never had a plan about what I wanted it to be."

Chopra’s decision to go with the American designer was fitting. Lauren invited the couple to walk the red carpet together at the 2017 Met Gala.

"We had been talking to a bunch of incredible designers, but ultimately when Ralph Lauren approached us, I learned that he has only designed three wedding dresses in 50 years — one for his daughter, his daughter in law, and his niece," Chopra explained to the publication.

"I was blown away."

Following the Christian wedding, the duo married in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony on the Sunday, also at the Umaid Bhawan Palace.

The bride selected a bright red ensemble by Indian designer, Sabyasachi Mukherji.

The breathtaking outfit was made from delicate siam-red crystals, French knots in silk floss and hand-cut organza flowers.

It took 110 embroiders from Calcutta over 3,720 hours to make, and was dubbed "a modern masterpiece" by the designer.
