There's one golden rule of the Met Gala, and these are all the stars who broke it
One of the many rules of attending the Met Gala is that there are no phones allowed.
Over the years, Vogue has maintained the strict policy, but this year's event saw several rebellious stars manage to sneak a snap or two inside the walls of New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Other years have seen a few stars manage to break the long standing rule, but this year was different with the number of celebs sneaking a phone in (that we know of) hitting the double digits!

The sudden jump could have something to do with the fact that this year, Vogue loosened the lid on what goes on inside the event by allowing professional photographers inside the event for the first time.
But that still doesn't change the fact the magazine's editor-in-chief Anna Wintour introduced the no phones rule in 2015 – at the time saying the event is "a secret", and therefore "guests must abide by the no phone policy" – and has held it in place ever since.
