Retailer uses pillows to replicate baby bumps on models

Just days after Boohoo divided the internet with their controversial inside-out jeans, the online retailer has once again caused a stir.

The UK-based brand has been accused of using fake bumps, made of pillows, to replicate a baby bump on their maternity range models.

While the brand has yet to make an official comment about the speculation, it’s the latest in a list of controversies the international retailer has had to deal with.

Last week, Boohoo was found to have stocked a jumper made from real animal hair, despite claiming it was made with “faux fur”.
The item in question was a white jumper that featured coloured pom poms on the front.
