Big W's new range aims to fix the issue we've all faced when shopping for clothes
Big W has just solved a problem so many of us experience when shopping for clothes.
The company's all-new basic clothing collection goes against industry norms and champions products that fit true to size.
After 18 months of extensive customer, industry and quality research, Big W is overhauling its clothing range to improve its products.

With pieces starting at just $6.50, the new range has been designed to be affordable and accessible for the average shopper. Eighty per cent of the collection is priced under $20.
The new line features linens, shirts, jeans, t-shirts, athleisure wear, and much more. Eighty-two of the products are being tested to meet the demands of everyday wear.

Big W's development team worked closely with customers and team members to undertake wash and wear tests that helped improve the range's fit, size consistency and comfort.

"Our customer listening sessions uncovered that our shoppers struggled with the fit and quality of some of our products.
"Rather than shying away from negative feedback, we chose to face it head-on and work collaboratively with our customers to create a new and improved standard across our clothing department.
"The basics range is just the start of our transformation in delivering quality, comfortable and durable products that meet the demands of everyday wear."

Customers can enjoy denim jeans for just $10 or linen shorts for $15, with most of the range priced under $20.
The new products are part of BIG W's new Basics range, which is available in-store, BIG W's new Basics range, or through the BIG W app in a range of colours and sizes.
