Redditor spots bizarre lost cat sign in Melbourne

It’s just a normal neighbourhood lost cat sign – age, name, breed, picture but then you read the last seen section and it gets weird.

"Last seen riding on roof of family car down Reynolds Road, Templestown", it says, then providing oddly specific directions.

"Turned right at Blackburn Road & Right at Doncaster Road, East Doncaster Area."

Redditor u/DeJaVuAgain found the sign and posted it to Reddit’s Melbourne page with the title "Lost cat in Doncaster East - wtf?"

The owner of the cat, listed as David, is offering an unnamed reward.

u/DeJaVuAgain and others have questioned whether the bizarre sign is a joke.

"Between the photo and where the cat was last seen, it's hard to think this isn't a p--- take", says u/DeJaVuAgain.
