Rare family photos of Rihanna & A$AP Rocky for their son's 2nd birthday

Rihanna and partner A$AP Rocky have shared rare photos of their family-of-four as they celebrate their first-born's second birthday. 

The pair are parents to two-year-old RZA and nine-month-old Riot, who was born last August.

In a post about his kids, Rocky shared a carousel of intimate family snapshots, showing the rapper sitting next to Rihanna with the kids playing on their laps.

"HAPPIEST BIRTHDAY 2 MY 1st BORN BABY BOY RZA ❤️," Rocky captioned the carousel of photos.

The heartfelt post comes after a big weekend of celebrations for the toddler.

On Saturday, Rihanna and Rocky threw a lavish private party in New York at the Color Factory, an interactive art museum with colourful installations for kids.

Friends of the famous couple posted photos and videos showing the colourfully decorated event with the caption, "Boy do you know how to throw a party!"

Guests were greeted with a huge "RZA's 2ND BIRTHDAY" banner at the entrance, as well as large cutouts of the toddler's head for guests to play with and even an RZA street sign to pose for photos. 

The Color Factory proved a perfect location for the kids' fun and games with toys, slides and even a ball pit for them to play with.

Videos show the family-of-four posing for photos surrounded by pink confetti on RZA way.

Then the family watch on as all their guests sing happy birthday to the wriggly two-year-old, swinging in his mother's arms.

Rocky has so far been very discreet about sharing photos of his kids - his last post was for RZA's first birthday a year ago.

But it seems the birthday brought out the sentimental side, as he shared private photos and videos of his two-year-old son at home. 

Rocky and Rihanna first started dating in 2020 before welcoming their first child, RZA, in May 2022.

She stunned fans when she announced she was expecting their second child while performing at the Super Bowl in February 2023.
