The nit assassin

Combing nits out of your children's hair is so last year.

There's a new way of eradicating lice, just made for busy mums and dads — and it's comb, mess and shampoo free.  

Today a woman known as the lice assassin, captivated viewers of The Morning show in the UK, with her nit-sucking routine using a vacuum-cleaner attachment on a girl's hair.  

She explained to hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, how parents can bring along their lice-riddled children into her clinic to get their hair cleaned.

As she popped a special attachment onto a hoover, which inhaled up those nits, she explained that the first treatment costs £100, and the follow-up costs £50.

But viewers weren't so keen on the price tag, which equates to about $245 Australian, with one posting: "£150 to get rid of nits? For her to go to school and catch them again? No chance!"
