Moana Hope reveals pregnancy 'apology' to wife Bella: 'You'd think I would know'

Moana Hope is edging closer to her delivery day, and reminiscing on what she's going to miss when pregnancy is over.

And while there are definitely a few special things she'll be sad to farewell, like her baby's special kicks, there are also some she will definitely not be missing.

The first and most pressing one? Morning sickness.

Speaking to 9Honey Parenting, Hope revealed that she was kicking herself now, after not sympathising with her wife Bella Carlstrom when she was struggling with morning sickness herself. Watch the video above.

"I've had so many moments with Belle where I've had to apologise to her because with her pregnancy, at week 13 of her's she was telling me that she was still getting morning sickness and she was still very much unwell," Hope recalls.

"Honestly, you'd think I would know more about pregnancies being around so many kids," she says. As a sibling of 14, Hope has had plenty of babies in her family to learn from.

"But I was just like, 'Nah, can't be. It's supposed to end at 12 weeks. Can't be that bad, it's just nausea, come on."

In fact, Hope's morning sickness was so severe, she says it was probably one of the worst things she's experienced.

"That was probably the moment I regret the most because when my morning sickness kicked in at my first trimester, never have I experienced something worse ever," she says.
