Megan Gale’s adorable tribute to baby daughter Rosie

Just a day after paying tribute to fiancé Shaun Hampson on his retirement, Megan Gale has posted a sweet ode to her baby daughter, Rosie.

The 42-year-old posted an Instagram picture in which she is holding her daughter aloft, captioned, “9 M O N T H S O F Y O U. Hard to believe you’ve been growing outside of me for as long as you were growing in me.”

Just last month, the Aussie model revealed she and Hampson have “closed up the baby-making shop.”

“Shaun and I have (un)officially said we’ve closed up the baby making shop. (Meaning he’s happy as is - done and dusted),” she explained.

“I guess, for the most part, I am too... but, as a woman.. my god being pregnant and giving birth is such an incredible experience and an absolute gift that I’ll admit.. I’m finding it a little challenging to get my head (& heart) around the fact that this is it.”

Gale and Hampson welcomed baby Rosie last September and are also parents to adorable four-year-old boy River.

Gale paid tribute to her partner of seven years as it was revealed a chronic back injury had forced the Richmond Tigers ruckman, 30, to retire from the game, effective immediately.

"When he wasn’t injured, he was one of the best tap ruckmen in the AFL. Not bad for someone who hadn’t even picked up a footy until his mid teens," the model and mum of two wrote.

"I’ll miss watching you do your thing on the field as will a lot of people, but I’m excited for your future and our future together."
