Kylie Jenner has revealed how she is teaching her daughter, Stormi, those important first words.

The 21-year-old reality star posted a series of Instagram stories on Sunday night which show her reading a colourful children’s book to her 14-month-old daughter.

The book, First 100 Words by Roger Priddy, features 100 everyday words and their corresponding photographs, with categories ranging from animals and food, to bedtime and playtime.

In the video, Stormi points to the colourful images in response to Kylie asking her where the teddy bear, crib and plane are on the page.

The $10 book is extremely popular on Amazon, with a 4.6 out of 5-star rating from customers.

“Super cute interactive book with fill-in sticker areas. I am a speech therapist and this is a great product to work on for vocabulary goals that cover all the basics,” said one review.

Another claimed it is “perfect for a little curious baby or toddler”.

This isn’t the first time the Kardashians have given details of their parenting tricks.

Khloe, who gave birth to daughter Tru two months after Kylie did, said that “apps and mommy sites have really come in handy”.

She mentioned using Baby Connect, a tracking app that allows you to log your child’s activities, including feeding times and nappy changes.

The eldest of the Kardashian sisters, Kourtney, also has her share of tips.

On her website, she vocalised the struggle to find toys for her children Mason, Penelope and Reign, that are completely safe and free of harmful chemicals, dyes and pesticides.

One of her “go-to sites for chic playroom essentials” is The Thot, a brand focused on creating stylish toys from non-toxic materials.
