Kim Kardashian's Christmas countdown is the cutest thing ever

Kim Kardashian West has taken to Twitter to kick off what we can only hope is a new family tradition - sharing a snap a day in the countdown to Christmas.

The mama of two kicked off the countdown (or, is that Kountdown?) with an adorable snap of toddler son Saint West standing in the midst of a pile of presents wrapped in plain brown paper and adorned with white ribbons.

In the image the almost two-year-old, who is wearing nothing but a pair of sweet baby-sized jeans, is surrounded by the gifts and literally dwarfed by a massive evergreen Christmas tree.

"25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS BY @ELIRUSSELLLINNETZ STARTING TODAY…" she wrote alongside the adorable new photo - which we're sincerely hoping will be the first of 25 we see this month.

Kardashian momager Kris Jenner is traditionally in charge of end-of-year festivities, including family snaps, but it looks as though Kim is Santa CEO this silly season. And it also looks as though it's a role she's relishing.

On December 2 she dropped another adorable and brand new pic.

This image is equally beautiful.

No sign of Saint West, however. This time the pic was of Kim herself, daughter North showing off an incredible head of natural curls, and also, sister Kourtney. Both women wear distressed jeans and white tank tops - Kim's tucked in at the waist and Kourtney's a daring crop.

Day three saw the following gorgeous image of Reign Disick, sister Kourtney's sweet-faced cherub.

In the pic Reign is bare-chested and bold, his long hair loose and covering his adorable toddler face.

Tomorrow we're likely to see another Kardashian babe and we're already excited. After all, by the time the big day rolls around we might even be seeing the baby bumps of Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner. At least, here's hoping. Stay tuned!
