And hear ye, hear ye.

Today the mum-of-two penned a refreshingly honest post on social media, reminding women that “comparison is the thief of joy”.

Posting a photo of herself at Flemington Racecourse on Derby Day, Kara admitted she almost didn’t share the stunning snap “for the fear of being compared to the other beautiful women” at the event.

“I felt very ‘post baby in this pic’!! Then I realised that I was comparing… Comparing to my pre-pregnancy body and comparing to all the women who ‘bounce back’ quicker than I,” she wrote.

The 31-year-old also offered a reminder that “we all have our own journey”.

Channel 9 sports reporter Sam Squiers wrote, “This was the first pic that came up on my feed this morning and my first reaction was ‘damn girl’ - you look stunning!”

Footy Show presenter Erin Molan added, “You look amazing. Divine. Perfection. Xxxxxx”

Others also commented on the image, telling Kara she looked “incredible” and “stunning” post baby and thanking her for her honesty.

“The truest and realest thing I’ve read for my Saturday - especially as mums we tend to do that a lot and not even realise it @kararyan and you still look banging post baby, sugar mama!”
