Francesca Farago and Jesse Sullivan throw a 'chromosome reveal' party

Francesca Farago and her fiancé Jesse Sullivan have revealed the gender of their twins.

The pair threw a "chromosome reveal" party to announce they are expecting a boy and a girl. 

In a viral video posted to her TikTok account, Sullivan addressed the crowd of friends and family: "I didn't gather you all around just to tell you how much I love this woman.

"I know you're really here to know what babies we are having."

Partygoers erupted into applause when he said the couple is "so happy" about the newest additions to their family.

Farago became emotional, joking, "I don't know why I'm crying," before wiping her eyes and saying, "That was too much."

Sullivan is already a father to 15-year-old Arlo and came out as transgender in 2019.

After being pregnant with Arlo, Farago says Sullivan goes above and beyond to ensure his fiancé is adequately cared for during her pregnancy.

"He doesn't want me to cook, he doesn't want me to clean, he wants to just love me and support me," the Too Hot to Handle star told E! News in June. 

"I don't think any other male, especially, would ever be able to understand like Jesse does because he's done it, and he's raised a child.

Farago continued, "Having him has been amazing. Like, 10 out of 10 highly recommend being engaged to a trans man who has given birth."

The couple met while Sullivan was hosting an online event for Pride Month in 2023. When Farago left the Netflix series Perfect Match, she texted him, and the rest is history. 

In May of that year, they became engaged: "WE'RE ENGAGED," Farago wrote in an Instagram post: "A glimpse into the most magical night ever, obsessed with our family… what is life!!" 

The pair announced their pregnancy on Instagram, writing: "We wanted to take this special day to celebrate this amazing milestone with all of you. 

"We've brought you with us through the loss, so we couldn't wait to bring you along for the win. 

"I am still pretty newly pregnant, and there's so much more to come, but we are so excited to be growing our family with Arlo as the coolest older sibling! AHH IM PREGNANT!😭💫."
