Chrissy Teigen mum-shamed over daughter’s first trip to dentist
By now, we all should have learned Chrissy Teigen is the ultimate clapback master on social media. (She’s also the funniest tweeter, but that’s for another place and time.)
So, it surprises us that people still feel the need to mum-shame her about the most menial things.
In the most recent chapter of Chrissy Teigen mummy-shaming, some have decided to criticise her daughter’s first dentist appointment – yes, really.
Chrissy Teigen has been mum-shamed on Instagram. Instagram
Earlier this week, the mum-of-two took to Instagram to share a video of her daughter, Luna, being taught how to brush her teeth by a dentist using a stuffed animal alligator.
“So proud of my toons at her first dentist appointment!!” Teigen captioned the post.
And, of course, the keyboard warriors swiftly took to the comments section to share their thoughts about her three-year-old child’s first trip to the dentist.
“What age do they start over there? My daughter started seeing a dentist at a yr old,” one person decided to comment.
However, the 33-year-old wasn’t about to let it slide, and it seems she was even expecting the mum-shaming to creep through.
“Was waiting for this,” Teigen responded. “U (sic) guys never fail me.”
Meanwhile another decided to comment, “You need to take them as soon as they get teeth. Can’t believe that’s her first dentist appointment.”
However, others shared their support for the model, labelling Luna’s s first trip to the dentist as “cute” and “sweet”.
Some even joked about the stuffed alligator.
“Isn’t it dangerous for her to be that close to an alligator? Very concerning Chrissy,” one wrote.
“Wow Chrissy that does not look like a dentist to me… seems fishy,” another said.
Lesson learned: don’t mess with Chrissy Teigen on social media.
