Young boy breaks down at his military dad's homecoming

It had been six months since Sean had seen his dad.
And when he finally did catch a glimpse of him, the young boy was overwhelmed with emotion.
Ian Gavagan recently returned home to Ireland after six weeks abroad in the Golan Heights, a region in the Levant, on military service.

Seeing his dad for the first time in months, Sean broke down in tears at the Casement Aerodrome in Dublin.
While his mum and sister raced ahead to embrace Gavagan, the youngster was paralysed with emotion.
The touching moment was captured on video.
