When you fall pregnant, you're handed a long list of items to complete including what to buy, how to set up the nursery and how to choose a name.

One thing we tend to forget about, is getting on top of 'life admin' so we aren't bothered by it all once bub arrives.

1. Turn off all email notifications on your phone both personal and professional, one week before your due date.

2. Put together a list of contacts you might need in the first two weeks and pop them on the fridge.
