Sports presenter Erin Molan splits from fiancé Sean Ogilvy

Nine sports presenter Erin Molan has split with her fiancé Sean Ogilvy after four years together.

In a statement released this afternoon, Molan wrote: "Some personal news, Sean and I have separated.

"We are entirely committed to co-parenting our three-year-old daughter, who is the most important person in the world to both of us.

"Any breakdown of a family unit is incredibly difficult and we ask for privacy at this time — especially given the private approach that we have taken to our relationship.

"We won't be making any further comment," Molan concluded, before ending her statement with a simple: "Thank you."

The couple's daughter, Eliza, was born in June 2018.

Molan is the Friday and Saturday sports presenter on 9News Sydney, and the host of The Sunday Footy Show. She formerly hosted The NRL Footy Show.

Currently, Molan also hosts breakfast radio program The 2Day FM Morning Crew with Hughesy, Ed and Erin Molan.
