Drunk boyfriend narrates beauty blogger's makeup tutorial

Let's face it. Most blokes don't have a clue what goes on in the beauty department. They're just happy to admire the results and we're happy to let them.

But, this beauty blogger's boyfriend just raised the stakes when he volunteered to narrate her video makeup tutorial — drunk.

Beauty blogger Casey Holmes posted the hilarious video recently and has already been viewed more than 300,000 times.

During the seven minute clip, the boyfriend, who admits he is "drunk", gives a running commentary voice over, while his girlfriend applies a full face of make up.

"It's just like a look that you've got to go for if you're trying to say 'hey I'm ready to party but I'm also independent," he says, as she applies eye shadow.

"What this is going to do is reflect the light, in a certain way, and make me look really fierce, you've got to look fierce. It's all about the wing," he says.

Then, later he says: "Let me put on my eye lashes, haters will say they're fake."

The outcome is an entertaining watch that proves what we already knew — best to leave it to the experts, boys.
