Don't you just love that Facebook memory feature? There you are, just innocently scrolling through your newsfeed, looking at photos of friends' babies that you don't care about and reading headlines about the latest nutso thing Meghan Markle's sister has done, when BAM – in drops an emotional memory bomb. A snapshot of something you said on Facebook at any point in the last ten years, designed to make you feel happy and nostalgic but usually just leaving you feeling a) old and b) filled with regret and/or shame.

This happened to me last week, when I woke up to the following memory notification:

So yesterday I landed in Sydney to find out I was an award-winning author, got picked up by a driver and taken to a five-star hotel overlooking the Harbour Bridge, spent an hour being interviewed by Lee Lin Chin, before ending the night watching cartoons in bed with delicious room service. A pretty damn good day to squeeze into the last week of my twenties. #ClearlyNotAHumbleBragJustAnActualBrag
