The once maligned bum bag is back in fashion, favoured by high fashion designers using gold embellishments and other decorations, which adds hundreds of dollars to the price tag. To re-create this accessory for only $15, all you need to do is to attach a small purse to a belt. Then add some budget brooches, and you’ve achieved a high-end look in just five minutes!
