Millions of people around the world have taken up new fitness challenges during coronavirus lockdown, but few have a personal trainer quite as cute as this.

KP Pound, a 25-year-old mum from Florida, USA, enlisted the help of her four-year-old daughter to keep her on track and motivated while gyms are still shut.

A fitness coach herself, Pound may not be starting out in her health and workout journey, but she still needs a little cheerleader to get her through sometimes.

"So, a few weeks ago I explained to my four-year-old how hard it is for me to workout sometimes," the proud mum wrote on Instagram.

"She offered to be my trainer so she could motivate me. I must say she's a kid of her word. She keeps me going."

And boy, does she ever!

The adorable videos have won hearts across the internet, and made many fitness fanatics jealous; who wouldn't want such a sweet little personal trainer?

According to Pound, Kynsley decided to start "training" her after she confessed to her that she wasn't motivated to work out during lockdown.

"She immediately responded saying, 'Mummy I'll be your trainer.' Since then, she's taken her job so serious. With her, there are literally no days off," Pound told US TODAY.

Being a former college athlete, fitness has always been a big part of Pound's life, and as she had Kynsley while she was still studying, her daughter has picked up on it too.

The mum confessed: "She would come to basketball practices and 5:30am weight sessions."

Now little Kynsley is putting what she's seen into practice, helping her trainer mum stay on track while the state of Florida battles to contain the coronavirus pandemic.

And it seems that she's helping more than just her mum, with other Instagram users commenting on Pound's posts saying that Kynsley has inspired them to get active too.

One said: "Kids learn from what and who they are surrounded....this is AWESOME! POSITIVITY ONLY!"

"She will change the world! God bless," wrote another.
