Constance Hall thought she was pregnant despite two negative tests
Constance Hall, known for candid confessions about all things motherhood and relationships, has shared her latest reveal: a phantom pregnancy.
The mum of seven says she was recently convinced she was pregnant, despite two separate tests confirming she was not.
Explaining the situation on Facebook, the Perth based blogger writes: "Last week I would have bet my life that I was pregnant."

"I had this tummy cramp, the type I only ever have in the first two weeks of conception. It's debilitating and distinct."
Hall, 36, had been using the implanon rod as her form of contraception but had the device removed months ago because it made her "feel dizzy and bloated."
Adding her sex life with husband Denim Cooke has "diminished", Hall outlines their bedroom antics in a candid sentence.
"So now we are waiting for Denim's snip and our sex life has diminished, Denzi hates condoms like I hate the pill so we basically have no sex life."

Hall adds that the couple had sex "on the last day of [her] period", pinpointing this as the moment of 'conception'.
The mum began to experience a slew of pregnancy symptoms, from increased body temperature and exhaustion to sensitive breasts.
Having already had five biological children, Hall recognised the symptoms right away and informed her partner to fetch her "some pickles and ice cream" and rub her feet.
She claims she and Cooke don't "want any more kids" and that she would "completely fall apart," if she had to have another baby.
Hall adds she planned to take the termination pill to prevent having another child.
"We didn't even think twice about this decision, it would have been taken so early that to me it would have simply felt like a late period," she writes.
Within two days of the decision, Hall got her period and her physical symptoms disappeared.
She announces: "The phantom pregnancy is over," speculating, "I'm probably peri-menopausal or something."
While phantom pregnancies are rare, six in every 22 000 women who believe they are pregnant experience one.

Hall's post resonated with her thousands of followers, who had experienced similar anxieties.
"I love you acknowledging that after all the symptoms, you were wrong. Makes me feel better over analysing each day," writes one woman.
"We need to be more open with each other so we know we are not alone in our thoughts and our 'craziness'," comments another.
Hall, who has been married to Cooke since January 2018, has seven children in their blended family.
Hall's children Billie-Violet, Arlo Love and twins Rumi and Snow and Cooke's children Zeyka and Sunny are from the couple's previous marriages.
They have one child together named Raja.
Hall explains the kids the couple share together "need our time now."
"Now we turn our focus to raising the best humans we can and cradling another newborn doesn't fit into the adventures we are ready to take them on."
