A tweet from Chrissy Teigen about her new grey hair has women from all over the world sharing their own.

It shouldn't be surprising; Teigen's been the unofficial (and/or increasingly official) Queen of Twitter for some time now. And this kind of post is why women love her so much.

"I have a skunk like streak of grey hair and I’m actually very into it," she wrote yesterday. "My cruella dreams are coming true!"

"Mine started when I was 15. I dyed it for about 6 years and then I let it go. At first the shorter ones are more wiry but as they grow out they are more silky. Be brave," she added on the thread.

"You do what you feel comfortable with! And remember if you do choose to try and don’t like it you may also dye it!"

It's not the first time Teigen's started a conversation like this. The same thing happened when she shared a picture of her stretch marks at the begining of last year.

The point is, grey hair (just like stretch marks) can appear at any age – and the happier we are to talk (and laugh) about our bodies, the likier we are to embrace the changes and take pleasure in the way we look.
