I Woke Up Like This: Carla from Bankstown's brutally honest morning ritual

Today, we're 'waking up' with Celebrity Apprentice star and comic Carla from Bankstown.

What time do you wake up?

I love my sleep, I call it beauty sleep because I always wake up looking beautiful and fabulous.

How many alarms do you set?

When I was working retail, I used to set at least six alarms to get myself up but I just love to snooze that button.

Tea or coffee?

Coffee, 100 per cent. I love an ice latte and I think at this stage my body is made up of 90 per cent ice latte.

In the morning, do you prefer TV or radio, podcast or silence?

In the morning, don't talk to me until I've had a coffee and a cigarette and I've caught up on my Instagram feed.

What do you eat for breakfast?

The only breakfast that's appropriate for Carla is cheese manoush and a strong coffee.

How long does it take you to get out the door?

I'm always the last person to leave the house, you can't rush art. I need to look my best in case I meet a hot guy and he wants my number.

Any unusual morning rituals or habits?

Usually, I sit on the toilet scrolling TikTok for about 30 minutes before I even start my day.

What's the one thing you never have time for in the morning?

Gronks! I never have time to see gronks talking s--t on Instagram or Facebook.

What's the one thing you always do in the morning?

I always wake up and say my morning mantra: You are hot, you are sexy and you are fabulous.
