Actor dumps his wife after winning cancer battle

An actor has dumped his wife after she supported him through a lengthy and gruelling cancer battle.

Moldovan actor Andrei Gaydulyan, 33, was diagnosed with the deadly disease back in 2015 but beat it off with treatment and the unwavering support from partner Diana Ochilovla.

She went with the actor, famed as an upcoming star in Russia, as he travelled as far as Germany to beat off the illness after he was diagnosed with lymphoma – an oncological disease of lymphatic tissue.

After gruelling rounds of chemotherapy which left him weak, Gaydulyan's condition started to improve.

In the autumn of 2016, the pair married in a simple wedding with just the two of them at the ceremony in the capital city of Moscow.

Rumours have done the rounds for a few months now about the state of the "volatile" relationship. 

But now the pair have announced their split.

Ochilova appeared to confirm rumours by posting a photo on her social media account in a Halloween costume of a crying bride, which she captioned, "That’s it."

The post received sympthatic comments.

Netizen "Natalia Sufiyarova" said: "I am so sorry, hardships usually pull people closer together but it wasn’t the case here."

While another user, "kairatkyzy.a.b", commented: "You life is just starting out. Take care of yourself. You need time to heal heart and your wounds."
