Bec Judd has shared a surprisingly honest breakdown of her cosmetic procedures, revealing which ones she's had done and which one she regrets.

The Aussie TV personality, 42, admitted to having surgery around her eye area, a lower and upper blepharoplasty and a fat transfer during a chat on her Vain-ish podcast.

Bec – who is the wife of AFL great Chris Judd – said her biggest concern had been her undereyes, saying she'd previously had fillers there but later had them dissolved.

Bec also admitted she's often accused of having a nose job or rhinoplasty.

When her co-host asked if she had plastic surgery, Bec replied: "Yes."

"I haven't had my nose done and it's the thing I get accused of the most. This little nose – that looks like a nose job – is all mine!" she clarified.

"I have had fat transfer, lower blepharoplasty, upper blepharoplasty..."

Discussing her insecurities, she said: "I was actually born with eye bags. I mean like, dark circles under the eyes, so when I look back at photos of me as a kid, you can see them."

She decided to get filler underneath her eyes, but soon regretted it.

"At the start, it did its job. But the filler started to migrate and absorb fluid, so it became really, really puffy," she explained.

"The thing is, filler wasn't around when our parents were growing up; it's only been around 15 years so they didn't understand it would migrate!"

After hating the results from the filler, Bec decided to undergo a blepharoplasty and fat transfer.

A blepharoplasty is surgical procedure said to correct sagging or puffy lower eyelids by removing or repositioning excess fat, skin, and tightening muscles.

"I got the lower blepharoplasty, and what I did after that... the best way to fill up, for me to get rid of that hollowness, was to do a fat transfer."

"They harvest fat from another part of your body, then they inject it into the hollows to smooth it out."

Commenting on her plastic surgery journey, Bec said it was a "two-year" journey.

She then rightfully told her followers to speak to a medical professional before making any decisions.

"It cost a s--tload of money. If I had my time again I wouldn't have got that filler in the first place!" she said.

It comes after Bec spoke about the importance of being transparent with listeners on her podcast to nine.com.au.

"We're having a lot of fun doing it... it's also nice not having to gatekeep and being really transparent is quite liberating, just speaking our truth and not hiding secrets any more," she explained.

"Gone are the days where you go, 'Oh, I just woke up like this, and I look like this because I got eight hours [of] sleep and I drink lots of water and with sunscreen.'''

"All those things are really important, don't get me wrong, especially sunscreen for anti-ageing ... but there's a lot of extra heavy lifting that goes into looking a certain way when you're aging, especially when you hit middle age."
