Today, we're 'waking up' with Aussie cricketer Annabel Sutherland.

What time do you wake up?

"Depends what is on for the morning, usually I will sleep for as long as I can whilst still leaving enough time to get ready for the day."

How many alarms do you set?

"One, but it's snoozed at least two or three times."

Tea or coffee?

"Definitely coffee, typical Melbournian, latte is my go-to."

TV or radio, podcast or silence?

"Usually have the radio or my own tunes playing in the car on the way to training."

What do you eat for breakfast?

"I love poached eggs with avo on toast, but if there's not enough time to cook the eggs, I'll have cereal. I also love cafes, always happy for a local café breakfast."

How long does it take you to get out the door?

"Depends how long I leave myself to get ready for the day and whether my hair/makeup needs to be done, but usually around 30 minutes from getting out of bed."

Any unusual morning rituals or habits?

"Not that I know of!"

What's the one thing you never have time for in the morning?

"Enjoying my breakfast — I'm often in a rush and out the door pretty quickly."

What's the one thing you always do in the morning?

"I pretty much have the same routine in the morning (shower, hair/makeup, brush my teeth)."
