Snoozing Panda cub becomes keeper’s perfect book pad

When you’re out and about and you need to jot down some notes, it can be frustrating when you realise you have nothing to lean on.

That was the reality for this keeper at the Chendu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in China when he was doing a bodycheck for an adorable panda cub.

But he quickly realised the solution was literally right in front him … lying on his lap.

The little panda cub proved to be the perfect way to keep his notepad steady so he was able to quickly mark down the little guy’s measurements and records.

While the video was filmed in September 2016, it has only just recently gone viral, clocking up over 1.2m views on YouTube.
