Bloke uses woman’s finger to pick his nose

We’re really hoping this was a piece of performance art that was meant to go viral as some great creative statement.

Because this is just too bloody much.

A bloke has been filmed on a train in Shanghai, appearing to use a woman’s finger to pick his nose.

Yep, you read right.

The video is understandably going nuts at the moment, appearing on major mastheads like Britain’s The Sun as people flip out over how gross this is.

But we’re choosing to believe this isn’t real – no matter how close two people are, no one should be using someone else’s finger to dig out their snot.

And so, we’re seeing video as two performance artists playing out a stunt, trying to work out what could possibly be the moral to this story.

Maybe it’s a meta protest of PDAs.

Perhaps it’s supposed to make us think about the way we surrender our sense of self in relationships and our blindness to the way those we’re closest to use us.

Maybe it’s a statement about how addicted we are to smartphones that we wouldn’t even notice someone using our hands as nose-picking devices.

Whatever it is, it makes us sad.

This is not ok.
