How the heck did this driver not crash?

Here’s a nice visual metaphor of you somehow managing to get to the point you are at today.

Because no matter how successful or put together you may appear, the truth is that we’re all just skidding from one mistake to another, somehow making it through relatively unscathed.

And that continuous stream of cock-ups and close calls we call “life” is extremely well illustrated by this red SUV.

The driver was forced to swerve to avoid a collision and what followed was a physics-defying sequence of events that might have just proved the existence of guardian angels.

By some miracle of timing and traction, this vehicle skidded past multiple catastrophes and continued onwards without so much as taking off a side-view mirror.

It was recorded on a dashcam and posted to YouTube by Jason Folsom, clocking up more than 10,000 views.

His title for the clip was extremely appropriate, being: Over Correction, Over Correction, Over Correction...

“[The] little car caused red SUV to swerve and swerve and swerve.... I honestly don't know how the hell it managed to not swing back and hit the little yellow car,” Folsom said.

Unfortunately the car with the camera in it didn’t follow the red SUV to see how the driver pulled up after that scare.

So we’re guessing they would have headed straight home for a stiff cup of a tea and a change of underwear.
