He found his fame as part of the most talked-about family in the world, but Scott Disick says he's always possessed his own fortune and will continue to do so in the wake of his split with Kourtney Kardashian.

"I've been making money since I was a kid," the 32-year-old told Us Weekly while making a (paid) club appearance over the weekend. "And I’ll keep making money so I am not worried about it. I am feeling good."

According to Amore magazine, Scott charges upwards of $100,000 for nightclub appearances. Image: Getty.

In a 2013 interview with Haute Living magazine, Scott admitted: "I'm sure a lot of people have no idea what it is that I do." Yep, you got that right.

"The truth is I work in various industries," he vaguely explained. "I have done a lot of private label manufacturing in the nutrition biz and have raised money for start-up companies. I tend to invest money into nightlife businesses the friends of mine that are involved in nightclubs and what not."

Right, so that explains it. Not.

He gave a bit more information to Life & Style, with this hilariously self-aware statement in 2010: "I may be a douche to some people, but I actually do run companies. I make a lot of money, and I'm more than capable of supporting myself. I run multiple companies in the vitamin world — QuickTrim, Rejuvacare, Monte Carlo Perpetual Tan."

Those companies do sound familiar, perhaps because they were Kardashian endorsed. *cough*

Kourtney and Scott called it quits on their nine-year relationship in July. They have three children together; Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 9 months.
