Watch: Tori Spelling's hysterical breakdown over cheating hubby

Poor Tori Spelling is at her absolute lowest point in a new promo for her reality series, True Tori.

And frankly, it's pretty uncomfortable watching the former 90210 star crying, screaming and yelling at cheating husband Dean McDermott "my heart is ripped out, I have nothing left". Watch above if you can bear it... that's one devastating crying face, Tori.

The clip also teases Tori's hospitalisation in April for six days for an undisclosed illness, compounded by her marital issues.

Tori, 40, hasn't been coping well since the news broke last December that Dean, 47, had an affair with a 28-year-old woman named Emily Goodhand. The pair's Lifetime reality show has shown the fall-out from Dean's infidelity and his troubles with drug, alcohol and sex addiction.

We're not sure letting the cameras in will fix their marriage issues... but hey, that's reality TV for you.
