The former child star who rose to fame on Lizzie Maguire now has a child of her own, a busy acting career and a new album on the way.
As well as music making, charity work and mum duties, Hilary is about to commence work on a new TV show helmed by Sex and The City creator Darren Star.

We caught up with the nearly 27-year-old in between shooting a sexy Coyote Ugly-inspired music video for brand new single 'All About You' and relocating to New York to shoot the new series Younger.
